Support Services Upgrades ensures that your WebCTRL software is the most current version available and gives you all the features and benefits that are available today. Maintaining current software versions also helps Clima-Tech provide up to date support services. Clima-Tech Support Services Technicians will install and checkout the upgrades each year as they become available.
Phone Technical Support Services cover those times when you need an answer about issues such as building a group schedule or troubleshooting module operation. Support Technicians are typically available at the end of the phone line when you call.
Scheduled On-Site Support Services - (Included in Level II Subscription Support Service Agreements)
On-Site Support Services ensure routine maintenance of your WebCTRL software system. Regularly scheduled maintenance keeps your control system operating at optimal efficiency to ensure occupant comfort and lower operating costs. No need for you to call us, we'll call you on a regular basis to schedule a convenient time. These services include all software related issues from Parameter review to Graphics modifications. On-Site Support Services customers will be provided with log books to note issues and questions for review by the Support Technician on their next visit.
